WaterGrass is a 997-acre master-planned community in Wesley Chapel, with about a quarter of its land kept as woods and wetlands and an elementary school on site. Its property owners' association was incorporated in 2005. The WaterGrass Club and Promenade Park have resort-style pools, a splash park, fitness center, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, large and small dog parks and playgrounds, connected by trails and sidewalks.
