The Lakes of Windermere is a single-family community in Windermere with a clubhouse, a junior Olympic-size pool, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, three playgrounds, walking trails and a fishing dock on the community lake. The Preserve at the Lakes of Windermere is a separate, guard-gated section with its own higher dues. The association is managed by Leland Management.
