Johns Landing is a gated community of about 273 single-family homes on the north shore of Johns Lake, just south of Florida's Turnpike, with its only entrance on Remington Road; many addresses read Oakland. It includes the custom Johns Landing Estates section, and most homes were built from 2001 to 2006. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 2000. Residents have a private boat ramp and dock on Johns Lake, tennis courts and a playground.
