Waterleigh is a large master-planned community in Horizon West, Winter Garden, begun in 2013 and planned for about 1,470 single-family homes, 830 townhomes and 1,300 condos and apartments, plus shops. Its master association was incorporated in 2014. Residents have clubhouses with fitness centers, several resort-style pools, beach volleyball and tennis courts, mini golf, a community garden, a dog park, a fishing pier and walking and biking trails. Sources differ on the exact number of pools and clubhouses.
