The Cypresswood Community Association
Winter Haven, FL · Mixed
Cypresswood Golf & Country Club is a guard-gated golf community in southeast Winter Haven, built around an 18-hole course designed by Ron Garl. Homes date from the 1970s onward and include detached homes, patio homes, villas and condominiums, grouped into neighborhoods that each have their own association, such as Greenfield Village, the Fairway and Garden patio homes and the Eagle Pond condominiums. The community association, incorporated in 1980, sits above them. The club has a clubhouse with dining, a pool, a fitness center, and tennis and pickleball courts, and golf carts are allowed throughout.
