Garden Grove Oaks is a 55+ community of manufactured homes in southeast Winter Haven, on Southern Oaks Drive, Grand Oaks Drive and nearby streets. Unlike most manufactured-home communities in the area, owners own their lots, so there is no lot rent. The homeowners' association was incorporated in 1982, and homes date from the 1980s and 1990s. HOA dues are low, and residents share a heated pool and spa, a clubhouse, shuffleboard courts, a pond and RV and boat parking.
