Grand Horizons is a gated 55+ community of 350 homes, mostly manufactured homes, in southeast Zephyrhills, where residents own the land under their homes rather than paying lot rent. Its homeowners' association was incorporated in 1997, and low dues cover the amenities and private streets. The clubhouse has a pool with hot tub, billiards, shuffleboard, a craft room and a library.
